Refund policy
We pride ourselves on our work. However, we fully understand that there may be times when a customer needs to make an exchange.
We accept exchanges. You can exchange unopened items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Hygiene and our customers safety is super important, so certain items can't be returned or refunded including hats or face masks.
Once the exchanged item has been inspected and determined eligible for exchange, we will complete the exchange. Exchanged items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
Only regular priced items are exchangeable. Sale items are non-exchangeable.
